Well, even with all of the testing, monitoring, and due diligence, sometimes things just go sideways. This past week, we had issues with sending our order and shipping confirmations, as many of you noticed. With so many orders being shipped, in such a short amount of time, we overloaded our email pipelines, and that caused a lot of issues. In order to mitigate these issues, and hopefully never have them happen again, we found a system that would help us greatly, and it was Twilio SendGrid! After going through their vetting process, we were able to connect and send all of your shipping and order confirmations with confidence, and reliably!
