How to Grow

Dahlias are grown from tubers (similar to a bulb, but thin-skinned like a potato). Plant tubers in the springtime, about the same time as you would your vegetable gardens or when the ground is warm enough to work up and play in daily. Plant them in a full sun location (giving them 6-8 hours of direct sunlight) and enjoy blooms all summer long. They will bloom and provide you with color and abundant flowers for cutting and enjoying throughout the summer.
The more you cut a dahlia plant, the more it will bloom. Most cut dahlias will last up to 5 days once cut and treated.

Beautiful white dahlia. I ordered this as a random white for my wedding flowers and honestly, I couldn't stop staring at them. So perfect in bouquets as an upfacing waterlily flower. Not especially prolific for me, but it was worth it. I only had 1 bloom in mid August, but it ramped up in September. Zone 4b

Nice blooms, not very productive

Planted this in April and only had a handful of blooms in the season. Flowers were very pretty, medium size and lasted a while in the vase, but was expecting more blooms from the plant.

Perfection

Super prolific, great vase life, blooms never facing weird directions. Bloomed later than some of my other dahlias but when it did it was a non stop explosion.

Bridezilla from the standpoint of taking over the section of the garden

Beautiful white flowers with a yellow small center. Very prolific 5-6"blooms.

Beautiful cut blooms

This is by far one of the strongest and sturdiest tubers. The blossoms are bountiful and make for wonderful cut flowers. The white color is crisp and does not look dingy.

Pure white, strong bloomer

Great addition to any bouquet, esp with dark flowers. Holds its shape and color for many days. Divides easily. A favorite in my garden.

Beautiful

I was very pleasantly surprised when bridezilla started to bloom. My goal was to have a few white flowers amongst all the colors so I really wasn’t expecting much. The first bloom was spectacular as well as those there after. Beautiful size shape and just the right white. Long stems so nice Bouquet flower. Also they last quite long in the garden as well as cut.
