PINELANDS PRINCESS

I’m in New England and I don’t have the same problem that California has with this flower. For me it is very beautiful goes really well with all my other flowers In the same color family And anything with a buttery creamy color snowbound my hood fluffles mikayla Miranda Ferncliff inspiration moonstruck white Nettie I will post a picture on Instagram #pinelandsprincess
The situation I have encountered is that it can be anywhere from lavender points with a white Center to a yellow flower with pale pink tips?
I’ve only been growing dahlias for about six years. I grow a lot of Dahlia. I probably have 50 different varieties right now all blooming.
I did not realize the variation in color that would happen due to weather soil, etc.
But I’ve never had a Dahlia that you just got different colored flowers on the same plant unless it’s something like maniac where you just never know what’s gonna happen inconsistencies aside I like this flower

Pinelands Princess - I love this wild-looking dahlia! It is so unique and the colors are beautiful. It looks beautiful in an arrangement with Mikayla Miranda and Barefoot. It really stands out and adds something special.

I had several of these this year. Looked very simular as pictured. Always loaded with blooms and quite unique. Did well as a cut flower. Not too tall of a plant and strong stems.

Perfect on the plant or in a bouquet. Works well to add texture and variety to a pink/purple/white combo in a vase. This variety will always have a place in my garden.

I have 3 of these this year and I don't know why I have kept them. They always have blown-out centers showing. Swan Island told me it might be due to hot weather which we have plenty of in the Central Valley of California. This year I finally got one flower that resembled what the catalog shows. Without a doubt, this is the ugliest dahlia I have ever grown.
