These 4” coral pink blooms are beautiful and tend to lightly fade around the edges as it ages. This variety is great for borders as it is an 18”cute plant.
Dahlias are grown from tubers (similar to a bulb, but thin-skinned like a potato). Plant tubers in the springtime, about the same time as you would your vegetable gardens or when the ground is warm enough to work up and play in daily. Plant them in a full sun location (giving them 6-8 hours of direct sunlight) and enjoy blooms all summer long. They will bloom and provide you with color and abundant flowers for cutting and enjoying throughout the summer.
The more you cut a dahlia plant, the more it will bloom. Most cut dahlias will last up to 5 days once cut and treated.
I love this dahlia!! It has such a beautiful waterlily form, and the color just glows. It is one of my earliest bloomers and is covered in so many buds. It is perfect in the tiered beds around my patio. I have a special place in my heart for the early bloomers because I am just so excited for my dahlias to get going, and this one does not disappoint!

Big blooms on a compact plant
About 24” for me with 5” blooms. My dog broke the main stalk off early on and it grew back with gusto!
